The staff was friendly and the location was good, close to the main attractions of the area. The rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable stay. One positive aspect was the availability of free Wi-Fi, which was a great way to stay connected with loved ones during the holidays.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels and sheets were stained. The pillows were old and uncomfortable.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a good mattress. Although the bathroom needed some improvement in terms of cleanliness, it was overall functional.
The check-in process could be more professional.
